Biagini Tempra Metalli, operating since 1985 in the field of induction hardening, has always considered quality as one of its priorities. For this reason, since the early 2000s, the company realised that the building of a Quality Management System based on an international standard could be an important means to pave the way towards continuous quality improvement.
On 27/02/2002 the company obtained UNI EN ISO 9002: 1994 certification; later work started towards UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 certification, which was obtained on 26/02/2003.
On 26/03/2010, following the revision of the standard, work began leading to obtaining UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification.
A quality management system is nothing other than the best "modus operandi" to try to ensure the quality of the production system and ensure the reliability of the result, following induction hardening heat treatment.
Tempering with induction hardening not only standard components but also critical components requires experience and, above all, adequate controls. For this reason we at Biagini Tempra Metalli can count on the professionalism and expertise of our engineers and managers, who are always looking for new technical solutions in order to bring about further improvement in the induction hardening sector.
To improve the quality of services offered, the company has an in-house metallographic laboratory and testing area, in order to carry out analyses on samples treated in the furnaces department and be able to quickly verify the effectiveness of the induction hardening process.
The purpose is to monitor the smooth running of the production process according to the standards required by our UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 quality system. At the time of delivery of the material we are thus able to provide the certificate of quality and conformity relating to the induction hardening thermal treatment.
